Pet Policy

Our pet policy includes a few simple guidelines that keep every resident comfortable. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our leasing team.

  • Up to 2 cats and dogs are welcome in every home

  • No weight limits on pets

  • Breed restrictions apply; see below for details

Pet Fees and Deposits

  • Pet fee: $450 per pet, due at move-in and non-refundable

  • Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet

  • DNA registration fee: $45 per pet, when applicable

Breed Restrictions
To help keep the community a good fit for every pet and neighbor, a few breeds are restricted: Akita, Husky, Great Dane, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Malamute, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Boxer, and wolf or wolf-dog hybrids, along with similar mixes. 

Note: This doesn't apply to approved assistance or support animals.
